Light Sensor TSL2561
Product Description
TSL2561 Light-to-Digital Converter.
The TSL2561 transforms visible and infrared light to a 16-bit digital signal.
Each sensor contains one broadband photodiode and one infrared-responding diode each with their own analog-to-digital converter.
The two ADCs integrates the current from the two photodiodes simultaneously and transfers the data to Channel 0 and Channel 1 data registers.
This breakout board has an on board 5V to 3.3V LDO regulator to support 5V systems.
The TSL2561 uses an I2C interface and has a measurement range of 0.1 ~ 40k Lux.
Power consumption is max 0.6mA while active and has a standby current of max 15uA.
