ESP8266 WiFi Board for IoT Projects (Optimised for inductive loads)
This board has exposed high voltage AC tracks and should not be programmed while plugged into mains voltage. Any fault on the board can cause serious damage to your computer.
Do not supply this unit with mains while any USB-TTL programmer is plugged in or while the board is not secured and enclosed in the provided enclosure.
Optimized to switch inductive loads where the ESP8266 Wifi IoT AC Switch board is not stable.
The board also use the HF32F-G ralay rated at 10A but rated only at 5A for inductive loads. Please read relay datasheet.
Based on the ESP-12F ESP8266 Wifi module.
802.11 b/g/n Wifi.
Integrated low power 32-bit MCU.
On-board AC-DC power module (85 - 265VAC).
Relay: HF32F-G-5-HS, 10A 250VAC (PCB traces supports max 2A).
Enclosure: 111 x 42mm.
Two on-board buttons.
Two on-board LEDs.
Some of the ESP8266 module's pins is available on-board.
This board does not provide a footprint for a DHT22 temperature sensor but a capacitive load kickback circuit has been added.
The ESP8266 can be programmed using our CP2102 USB-TTL programmer that can be found here.
Supported in Tasmota firmware (Select Electrodragon in configuration). Other firmware may also be used but may require additional setup.
The cables on the output terminals conflicts with the enclosure, check cable routing.
This relay board passes the AC input to the output relays (designed for inline use).
